The Tower Design

  The difficulty of this design is to ensure a high floor area ratio while minimizing the impact on the lighting of the existing residential buildings on the north side of the site. Therefore, according to the layout and testing of the building for many times, the building is now designed into the shape of an arc-shaped tower. The banana-shaped high-rise tower has 48 floors, 22 rooms on each floor, and is connected by multiple vertical traffic cores.

Comercial Design

 To the harmony with surrounding environment and the underlying commercial podium model mainly adopts the curve of gentle and clever as building model lines, layer upon layer DieLa interlaced processing technique, produce rich return a table space, in creating such as vertical green, entertainment, leisure square, garden landscape space, and increase the selling point of the building in the southern commercial, The overlap and intersection of arcs blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor space, so that the building is truly integrated into the surrounding environment.

The Atrium Design

 The atrium is located in the center of the ground floor commercial plan and vertically runs through the entire commercial space. The perimeter of the atrium contains a variety of entertainment Spaces such as bars, restaurants and KTV, providing transportation, evacuation and spatial assistance for these large Spaces. At the same time, in order to avoid the monotony of the atrium space, the atrium area on each floor is specially designed by different placement of elevators, so that not only the atrium and its surrounding space can enjoy better lighting, but also make the atrium space bright and smooth.
